Safety is everyone's job at Ace Dragon Coatings & Foam Inc.
Each employee is required to stop any Ace Dragon job that seems to be unsafe.
OSHA and EPA is our safety base to build upon. It takes each of us working as a team to have no injuries, no accidents and improve each of our work sites.
We have documented Safety Meetings at the start of the work week, normally 30 minuets long. Pre Job Safety is part of each job.
Our goal is to marry - getting the job done and each movement / action being performed correctly / safely. I am Big on Efficiency so the two have to become One = work and do it in a safe manner.
We have online training so we can train any where there is internet. Makes it easier for our empolyee to stay updated.
